We are looking for an Accountant with expertise in UAE accounting and bookkeeping practices, VAT, and corporate tax regulations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, providing expert advice on VAT and Corporate Tax matters, and facilitating tax optimization strategies for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist clients with VAT registration, filing returns, and compliance advisory.
- Prepare and file Corporate Tax returns while analyzing tax implications for optimal planning.
- Liaise with clients to gather information, address queries, and provide financial updates.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, and oversee payroll.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into profitability and performance.
- Offer strategic guidance on financial best practices and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax compliance.
- Proficient in Zoho Books and tax preparation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
