We're looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the financial health of a dynamic real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts for multiple property transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of client and agency accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for ongoing projects and listings. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Work closely with management and external auditors to support financial reviews. Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and internal processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not required). 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
