Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Accountant
to join our finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with internal policies. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other relevant laws. Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
