Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an
accounting background
to join our team as a
Trading Platform Admin Handler
. This position is suitable for
fresh graduates in accounting
who are eager to build a career in trading operations and platform administration. Training will be provided for candidates with the right mindset and learning ability.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration
Assist in configuring and maintaining MT5/MT4 trading servers and platforms.
Support the setup of trading instruments, groups, spreads, commissions, and leverage settings.
Learn and help manage integrations with CRMs, liquidity providers, and payment gateways.
Operational Oversight
Monitor basic platform performance and assist in identifying and reporting any issues.
Support client account setup, fund transfers, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the risk management team to help track margin calls and exposures.
Technical Support & Maintenance
Assist in platform updates, backups, and basic server maintenance.
Help troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior staff or vendors.
Ensure adherence to company IT protocols and data security standards.
Reporting & Compliance
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain records of client activity and trading logs for auditing and compliance purposes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting
or a related field (Mandatory).
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
Industry Knowledge:
Interest in trading platforms, forex, or commodities is a plus.
Language Skills:
Fluent in Arabic and English
(Mandatory).
