Maintain accurate books of accounts .
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Monitor project-related costs and ensure accurate allocation of expenses.
Handle VAT computations and timely filing of returns in compliance with FTA guidelines.
Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and internal compliance checks.
Support procurement and contracts teams with financial verification and documentation.
Prepare quotation for interior projects based on template.
Manage petty cash expenses.
