We are expanding our operations and looking for an
experienced Accountant / ERP Specialist
with strong skills in
either Zoho or Odoo
, preferably with
manufacturing experience
.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will handle
accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, and production planning
within our ERP system.
You will work closely with the production team to ensure all financial and operational data are accurately recorded and aligned with real-time manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Manufacturing modules
in
Zoho or Odoo
.
Record
production costs, raw material usage, and finished goods inventory
.
Handle
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
, work orders, and cost analysis.
Oversee supplier invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Generate costing and profit reports for management.
Support production planning and ensure material availability.
Maintain accurate ERP data and reconcile financial transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
using
Zoho or Odoo ERP systems.
Experience in
manufacturing or garment production
is
mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
inventory management, costing, and procurement workflows.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Must be located in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
Odoo Manufacturing
or
Zoho Inventory & Books.
Understanding of
cost accounting and production planning.
Knowledge of ERP workflow customization or automation.
Important Note
Only candidates with
hands-on experience using Zoho or Odoo in a manufacturing environment
will be considered.
