Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims
Handle daily cash and card reconciliation and report discrepancies, if any
Maintain and track petty cash and ensure proper documentation
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and coordinate with the head office for payments
Assist with monthly closing and prepare summary reports for the finance department
Coordinate inventory tracking and reconcile stock records with sales
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports specific to the Bike Centre
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding account balances when needed
Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
