Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Handle real estate-specific accounting such as property management, rental income, lease agreements, and project costs.
Monitor budgets and forecasts for property projects and operations.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Support audits by providing accurate financial data and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and real estate assets.
Collaborate with management and other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Assist in implementing accounting systems and improving financial processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
