Reconciling the company's bank statements.
Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Preparing invoices, statements of accounts and recording of supplier invoices.
Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger.
Preparing of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
Filing of VAT Return as per UAE Law.
Perform Bookkeeping duties, Accounts Payables, Vendor Reconciliation, Daily entries, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, local tax laws, and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software - Tally and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments..
