Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

Zoho Books

, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support operational decisions.
Portfolio Management Support:

Assist the Portfolio Manager in preparing

quarterly real estate investment reports

. Support in

assessment and calculation of rentability/ROI

for potential and existing investments. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for investment decisions. Maintain accurate records of property performance and related documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally in real estate or investment sectors. Expert in

Zoho Books

and comfortable with digital accounting tools. Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial operations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to assist in investment assessment and portfolio reporting. Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of real estate financial metrics preferred.

Highly organized with excellent time management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and senior management. Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with handling sensitive financial information.
