Role Overview

You'll manage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. As the company grows, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us, take on financial analysis, and assist to shape our finance systems and controls. Reporting to management and responsible for all accounting and finance related tasks.

Office Based Role- Commute to Arjan, Dubai.

Requirements

5+ years' accounting experience

Proven experience using

Zoho Books

Familiarity with

UAE tax regulations

, including

VAT

and

corporate tax

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Positive references from previous employers - share with CV please

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping and accounting operations in Zoho Books Handle daily transaction entries, invoicing, payables/receivables Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy Prepare and submit VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws (incl. corporation tax) Create analysis and management reports as required by management on various topics Oversee payroll preparation and staff expense reimbursements Maintain clear and accurate financial records
