Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts
Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
Must be knowledgeble in using cloud accounting softwares like ZOHO, Quickbooks, Peachtree.
Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Process and record monthly invoices
Prepare monthly payments
Maintain proper accounting record and filing
Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
Process monthly payroll
Record and track team leave
Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
Provide administrative assistance to management
Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required
Propose the crucial financial strategies and budget for successive years to improve the company financial run.
Job requirements
Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
Knowledge in Fedral VAT filing and GSt filing is preferred
Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
Good organizational and coordination skills
Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
Responsible and Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work well under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work
A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
Has 2-3 years relevant experience

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
