Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payments.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Taxation & Compliance
Manage VAT filings, tax computations, and statutory compliance in line with UAE regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies as required.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and healthcare industry requirements.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Analyze clinic expenses and revenue streams to optimize profitability.
Payroll & Staff Accounting
Process payroll, staff benefits, and end-of-service settlements in compliance with labor laws.
Maintain employee financial records and manage reimbursements.
Supplier & Vendor Management
Manage supplier accounts, purchase orders, and payment cycles.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely settlement of dues.
Maintain strong relationships with medical suppliers and service providers to support clinic operations.
Clinic-Specific Financial Operations
Handle patient billing, insurance claims reconciliation, and medical revenue tracking.
Ensure accuracy in recording medical services, packages, and related transactions.
Provide financial insights to management for clinic growth and expansion.
Strategic Support
Assist senior management with financial planning and decision-making.
Provide timely reports and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
Safeguard the clinic's financial health with effective internal controls.
