Admiral Safety Consultants is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to support our Finance Department. This role is responsible for issuing invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring timely collections to maintain smooth cash flow. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices to clients in line with contracts.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile client accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all receivables and client communications.
Prepare AR reports and aging analysis for management.
Work closely with Sales and Operations to verify billing details.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting (UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of accounting principles and VAT.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
