Duties
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and identifying their needs.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry.
Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive leads and enhance brand awareness.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, addressing client inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related fields.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and tracking sales performance.
