We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
with a background in
interior design and contracting
. The ideal candidate should have
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
and be proficient in accounting software such as
QuickBooks or Odoo
. This role requires a strong understanding of project-based accounting, vendor management, invoicing, and job costing within the construction or interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for ongoing interior and contracting projects.
Generate client invoices and follow up on receivables.
Handle vendor payments and maintain supplier ledgers.
Manage petty cash, payroll entries, and expense reports.
Perform project costing, budget tracking, and profitability analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure timely VAT filings and compliance with local tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit documentation.
Work closely with the project and procurement teams to align financials with ongoing site activities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
