Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and provide them with a welcoming and informative experience at our institute. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries and reservations, coordinating events and meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
Prepare financial analyses to provide insights on cost control and revenue generation.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and answers.
Requirements
Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
