Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Handle accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Manage payroll processing and expense tracking. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. Monitor company budgets, cash flow, and financial planning. Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to financial processes. Support management with financial data and analysis for decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably in the logistics or moving industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
