Accountant
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare and review daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and management for timely reporting.
Provide support in payroll preparation and expense tracking.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
as an Accountant (preferably in the UAE real estate sector).
UAE experience must.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
