Accounts Receivable Officer

to join our finance team and play a vital role in managing receivables, collections, and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and billing information. Prepare monthly aging reports and provide analysis on receivables performance. Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger. Collaborate with sales, property management, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies. Assist in cash flow forecasting by providing accurate receivables data. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
