Primary responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other financial transactions.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
3. Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
4. Budget Support: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance against budget.
5. Compliance: Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
6. Analysis and Improvement: Analyze financial data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience: Typically 1-3 years of accounting experience.
