Accountant

to join our team and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payables & Inventory:

Process supplier invoices and maintain supplier ledgers. Perform reconciliations and maintain VAT-compliant records. Record stock-in/out entries and conduct monthly stock reconciliations. Prepare aging and stock valuation reports.

Sales & Receivables:

Generate sales invoices (services, spare parts, contracts). Manage AR ledger, post customer receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments. Prepare customer aging reports.

Reporting & Coordination:

Collaborate with the Workshop Manager and Finance Team. Maintain documentation for VAT filing, audits, and monthly closings. Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (automotive/workshop experience preferred). Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and accounting standards in UAE. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
