We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized

Accountant

to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in managing financial operations, tracking cash flow, and ensuring compliance across all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations Monitor cash flow, cheque schedules, and ensure timely vendor/owner payments Maintain accurate records of property-related expenses, deposits, and lease obligations Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and management reports for leadership Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for operations and property-level performance Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and PRO services when needed Support the operations and finance team with ad hoc reporting and project-based accounting tasks Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and DTCM-related financial requirements Maintain a clean, auditable system of record using accounting software and digital tools

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or real estate Proficient in accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and understanding of financial reporting Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of UAE VAT laws, invoicing, and regulatory standards is required Strong verbal and written communication in English Experience working with multi-unit operations or property portfolios is a plus
