We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant
to manage day-to-day financial operations at our facility in Dubai Investment Park 2. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT compliance, and hands-on experience in managing accounts in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts (payables, receivables, payroll, petty cash, bank reconciliations).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle invoicing, collections, supplier payments, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely filing of returns.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Support management with financial reporting and decision-making insights.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
UAE VAT laws and compliance
.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
