Job Description

Educational Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Finance (Mandatory).
Experience Required:
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience in a medical insurance company or TPA.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with latest accounting software and tools.
Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Manage MIS reporting for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for audits and financial reviews.
  • Utilize advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).
  • Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • UAE Driving License (for travel, if required).
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT and financial regulations.
