Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Monitor and track store expenses, revenues, and variances Ensure accurate recording of vendor invoices and timely processing of payments Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Collaborate with internal departments (Retail, HR, Procurement, etc.) to ensure financial accuracy Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in retail or luxury sector Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Fluency in English, additional language is a plus * Excellent communication skills
