Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This role involves supporting our accounting functions, with a primary focus on VAT-related tasks, bookkeeping, and documentation. It is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities



Collect VAT-related documents and data from clients in a timely and structured manner.

Prepare accurate VAT calculations and support the filing of VAT returns.

Assist in coordinating client communications, including payment follow-ups.

Perform data entry and assist in routine bookkeeping tasks.

Support senior accountants with documentation, audit preparations, and financial reporting.

Maintain organized financial records and ensure confidentiality of client data.

Help ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and relevant accounting standards.

Requirements



Basic understanding of VAT regulations and accounting principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus (training provided). Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Candidates with up to 2 year of experience are encouraged to apply (UAE Experience not Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
