Accountant

to join our finance team in

Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries Monitor company expenditures and assist with budgeting and forecasting Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely tax filings Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation Generate financial summaries and reports for management review Recommend and implement improvements in financial processes and controls

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the logistics or service industry Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
