Accountant
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily journal entries and handle all accounting transactions.
Manage accounts receivable and payable related to real estate sales and rental operations.
Issue invoices and receipts; follow up on client payments.
Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with the company's budget.
Maintain bank reconciliations and manage company bank accounts.
Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records.
Work closely with the sales and leasing team to provide accurate financial data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.
2-3 years of experience
in accounting, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE.
Solid knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as
QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally
, or similar.
Strong skills in
Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
