We are a holiday home company based in Dubai, dedicated to offering exceptional vacation rental services to our clients. Our properties range from luxurious apartments to charming villas, providing memorable stays for guests from around the globe. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented part-time accountant to join our team and help manage our financial operations.

Position Overview

The accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing essential reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting skills and a deep understanding of the UAE's financial and taxation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets.

Track and reconcile bank statements.

Manage payroll processes for part-time and full-time staff.

Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE taxation laws.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting for company operations.

Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on financial performance.

Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and filing procedures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills in English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
