We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the complete accounting cycle of our company using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will also act as a financial consultant, offering expert guidance on VAT compliance, tax filing, and regulatory matters in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using
Zoho Books
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data is up-to-date
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle petty cash, expense claims, and employee reimbursements
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management
Tax & VAT Compliance
Prepare and file
VAT returns
on time in accordance with
UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
regulations
Maintain proper tax records and documentation
Ensure tax invoices and reports meet local regulatory requirements
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and provide proactive advice
Coordinate and liaise with auditors or external consultants when required
Consultancy & Advisory
Advise management on
tax planning
, cost savings, and financial efficiency
Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
Train internal staff on proper accounting procedures where necessary
Support business setup, regulatory filings, and financial structuring when required

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
