Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and annual financial accounts
? Generate bi-weekly sales and inventory reports
? Analyze and compare actual expenditures vs. budget
? Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts & P&L statements
? Handle trade finance documentation (LCs, BGs, etc.)
? Support audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance
? Assist with budgeting and prepare journal entries
? Manage payables and receivables, and follow up on outstanding invoices
? Prepare and file taxes in accordance with UAE regulations
? Publish timely financial statements and maintain data confidentiality
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (UAE preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in
ZOHO, ERP systems
(Tally/QuickBooks is a plus)
Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with
UAE tax laws and financial regulations
is an advantage
UAE Driving License
(Preferred)
