Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This is a newly created role in a startup environment, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with setting up processes from scratch and working independently. 3-4 years of UAE experience in accounting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures. Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience within the UAE. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Experience in a startup or early-stage company is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to set up accounting processes and work independently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
