, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about numbers and thrives in a structured, fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and balance sheets. Manage invoicing, billing cycles, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments. Assist with monthly and year-end closings, budgeting, and internal audits. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records. Support management with financial analysis and insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and other local compliance standards. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
