Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate accounting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and other necessary documentation Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other local tax requirements Assist with payroll processing and manage employee benefits Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Coordinate with external auditors for yearly audits Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with regulatory bodies Manage and track real estate transactions, leases, and commissions Handle other financial duties as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate sector Strong understanding of UAE VAT and tax laws Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented and organized Strong communication and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Knowledge of Arabic / English / French is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Accountant: 2 years (Required)
