Reconcile bank statements
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, and record supplier invoices
Analyze transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the ledger
Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
File VAT returns in compliance with UAE Law
Assist with external audits
Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payables, vendor reconciliation, and daily entries
Handle petty cash transactions, documentation, and reconciliation
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and data analysis functions
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and UAE VAT regulations
Experience using Oracle Fusion portals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in Pivot Tables, Lookups, and formula-based data management
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Proactive, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
