Job Title: Accountant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 7,000/month
Notice Period: Up to 30 days

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE, to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger functions
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements
Support internal and external audits
Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal departments
Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience in real estate or development companies is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Available to join within 30 days
