We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust accounting practices, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Accurately prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations.

Reconciliations:

Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring prompt resolution of any discrepancies.

General Ledger:

Maintain and review general ledger entries, ensuring the accurate posting of journal entries.

Budgeting:

Contribute to the budgeting process by developing forecasts, monitoring variances, and analyzing financial results.

Tax Compliance:

Oversee tax filings, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate with external tax consultants.

Financial Analysis:

Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Team Support:

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team efficiency and support professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the education sector (mandatory).

Education:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Location:

Position based in Al Qusais, Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
