Accountant

with at least

2 years of accounting experience in the UAE

. The ideal candidate will be skilled in

QuickBooks

, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting functions. We are looking for someone who can manage financial records accurately and contribute to the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations Prepare and issue client and vendor invoices Monitor accounts receivable and payable Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements Generate reports for management on financial status and transactions Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies Support in preparing VAT filings and other financial documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must Strong understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a manpower or logistics company is a plus Familiarity with payroll systems and WPS
