Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and reports in accordance with UAE regulations and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and payments. Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency between internal records and bank balances. Prepare VAT filings in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Monitor and analyze financial transactions related to property sales, leasing, and facility management. Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit processes. Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and other regulatory bodies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Liaise with property management and sales teams for revenue recognition and expense tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-4 years of accounting experience specifically within the UAE real estate industry. Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws and real estate financial practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems. Strong understanding of RERA regulations and real estate accounting procedures. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage. Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Property Finder CRM). Arabic language skills are a plus.
