Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to construction projects
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Handle job costing, progress billings, and retention accounting
Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with construction contracts
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to tax regulations
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience
in the construction industry
Solid understanding of construction-specific financial practices
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
