Job Title: Accountant (Corporate Services / Documents Clearing Business)

We are a Corporate Services and Documents Clearing company based in Dubai, handling a high volume of daily transactions, including government fees, client payments, and multi-company financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage all financial transactions, track payments, monitor expenses, and provide accurate profit & loss reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and manage daily financial transactions (incoming/outgoing).

- Track payments from multiple clients and companies, ensuring accuracy.

- Monitor and process government-related fees and payments.

- Maintain up-to-date records of pending and completed work for each client.

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Expenses).

- Identify areas of high expenditure and suggest cost-saving measures.

- Coordinate with management to provide financial insights for business decisions.

- Handle invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

- experience as an Accountant (preferably in corporate services, document clearing, or a high-transaction business).

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting ( Bonus point ).

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

- Ability to handle multiple transactions with high accuracy.

- Good understanding of UAE government payment processes (e.g., DED, immigration, visa fees) is a plus.

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).

- Immediate joiners preferred.
