Job Opening: Accountant (with Audit Exposure | QuickBooks/Zoho | Excel)

About Us:

We are a growing audit and accounting firm providing comprehensive financial services to a wide range of clients. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with experience in accounts reconciliation, QuickBooks or Zoho, and a working knowledge of audit principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accounts receivable and payable reconciliation with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Enter and manage financial data in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Zoho Books.

Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare adjusting entries as needed.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit-related documentation.

Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and comply with accounting standards.

Collaborate with audit teams to support internal and external audit activities.

Communicate effectively with clients for data collection, clarifications, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0-2 years of accounting experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Proven experience with QuickBooks and/or Zoho Books.

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable/payable processes and reconciliations.

Should be well versed with Bank Reconciliation

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) are essential.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
