Key Responsibilities:
Perform
daily sales reconciliation
and generate accurate sales reports
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
efficiently
Ensure
VAT filing
is accurate and compliant with UAE regulations
Monitor
inventory movements
and
consignment sales
, ensuring alignment with financial records
Liaise with
external auditors
, vendors, and suppliers for financial matters
Conduct
bank reconciliations
and track
company expenses
regularly
Coordinate with the
software development team
to update and optimize financial reporting in
Odoo
Prepare timely and accurate
financial statements
and assist in the
consolidation of accounts
across departments
Accountable for store inventory, pricing of stock drawing up basic contracts and onboarding new brands
Delivering sales reports to vendors in a timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
Proficiency in
Excel
and
accounting software
; experience with
Odoo is essential
Familiarity with
consignment-based retail
processes is a strong advantage
Strong
analytical skills

Excellent
communication skills
and ability to work cross-functionally
Thorough knowledge of
UAE VAT laws and compliance regulations
