Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting activities, and contributing to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Oversee billing, invoicing, and collection processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Provide accurate financial forecasts and variance analyses.

Taxation & Compliance:

Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards.

Audits & Reporting:

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Generate periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.

System & Process Improvement:

Enhance accounting processes and systems for improved efficiency. Maintain and update financial software and records.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of [X] years of relevant accounting experience.

Certifications (preferred):

CPA, CMA, or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge:
