Position: Experienced Accountant - Dubai-Based Only

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Accountant
to become a part of our team. This role is available
exclusively to candidates residing in Dubai
with
at least one year of accounting experience within the UAE
.

Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile account balances
Maintain ledgers and prepare financial statements
Create trial balances and manage journal entries
Issue payments for payroll, utilities, taxes, and other bills
Manage petty cash and track all related entries
Monitor and follow up on cheque collections and payments
Forecast budgets and support the preparation of financial reports
Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
Ensure compliance with VAT and other UAE financial regulations
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting
Strong understanding of UAE tax laws, especially VAT
Prior work experience in
real estate accounting
is highly advantageous
Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting tools like
QuickBooks
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
High level of integrity with confidential information
Fluent in English (spoken and written communication)
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
