We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust accounting practices, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies Maintain and oversee general ledger accuracy while verifying proper journal entry documentation Support budgeting processes by monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, and providing forecasts Manage all tax-related activities including preparation, filing, and compliance while liaising with external tax advisors Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies and risk analyses to inform strategic decision-making Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff to support their professional development
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

3-4 years of accounting experience in the Education industry (mandatory).

Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
