Handle all accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
Making monthly and quarterly VAT calculations
Posting all expenses in correct account heads
Generating estimates for sales and invoicing to customers
Monitoring receivables and conducting ageing analysis
Posting vendor bills and managing payables
Conducting payable ageing analysis
Creating daily cash summaries
Closing cash on a daily basis in Zoho Books software
Performing bank reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis
Managing payroll, including calculations of payroll and payments through WPS and cash
Following up on employees' documents
