Job Description

Financial Management: You are responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting. They ensure that financial records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Budgeting and Forecasting: You are responsible for preparing and monitoring the company's budget and financial forecasts. They work with department heads to ensure that their budgets align with the overall financial goals of the company. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze the financial data and provide insights to the senior management team to help them make informed decisions. Tax Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, manage tax payments, and provide support during tax audits. Audit and Compliance: Manages the company's internal and external audits. Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements and that the financial records are accurate and complete. Cost Control: Work with the production team to identify cost-saving measures and to manage costs associated with production, inventory, and distribution. Strategic Planning: Provides financial insights and analysis to support the senior management team in making strategic decisions. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the financial goals of the company are aligned with the overall business objectives.
