Job Description

Job Title:



Account Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:



Oversee all

accounting and financial operations

of the company. Prepare

financial reports

(balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Manage

invoicing (sales/purchases)

and monitor accounts receivable/payable. Handle

import accounts

(recording shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and foreign currency transfers). Coordinate with

suppliers and clients

to ensure document accuracy and timely payments. Collaborate with

warehouse teams

to align inventory records with financial data (especially perishable goods). Prepare

tax declarations

and ensure compliance with local/international regulations. Use

accounting software

(e.g., Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks) to maintain accurate records. Provide

financial analysis

to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

. Minimum

2years of experience

in accounting (preferably in

import/food industries

).

Proficiency in accounting software

. Knowledge of

tax/customs regulations

related to import. Strong

analytical skills

and attention to detail.

Fluent in English

(additional languages ...?).
